Virtualware Closes EUR5 Million Acquisition of Virtalis

10:35 AM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Virtualware (ALVIR.PA) completed its acquisition of UK-based virtual reality and RT3D visualization software company Virtalis Holding. The Paris-listed 3D-driven enterprise software company said Monday the transaction is expected to increase its 2026 pro forma revenue to 10 million euros from 4.3 million euros, with the UK market to account for 37.7% of the combined group's total revenue. Virtualware purchased Virtalis for 5 million euros, in addition to a variable component tied to the latter's operating results in 2026 and 2027.
