Recently, the fund has raised funds, pledged a total investment of 3.261 billion yuan, and completed the filing procedures of the China Securities Investment Fund Industry Association on September 24, 2026, and obtained the “Private Equity Fund Filing Certificate”. The fund manager is Tibet Gaorong Capital Management Co., Ltd., and the custodian is China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd.
