Zijin Mining announced that Zijin Gold, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, signed a supplementary agreement with Li Jinyang, the controlling shareholder of Chifeng Gold, and Zhejiang Hanfeng signed a supplementary agreement to the “Share Transfer Agreement” to extend the pre-conditions for share transfer and delivery until November 30, 2026; at the same time, they signed a supplementary agreement to the “Strategic Investment Agreement” with Chifeng Gold to extend the deadline for targeted issuance of H shares to the same day. Other than the time limit adjustment, the rest of the original agreement remains unchanged. There is still uncertainty about whether the transaction will finally be settled.
