Boreo plc Redeems, Cancels 10.750% Hybrid Notes

05:45 AM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Boreo plc (BOREO.HE) redeemed and canceled 19.8 million euros of 10.750% hybrid notes on Monday, according to a same-day release. The notes are part of a series that the Finland-based investment company issued on March 21, 2024, with a total principal amount of 20 million euros. The company purchased the notes pursuant to a tender offer memorandum dated Sept. 16. The remaining 160,000 euros of outstanding notes will be redeemed and canceled on Oct. 13.
