Rongchang Biology (09995): Tong Shaojing acted as company secretary and authorized representative

Zhitong Finance App News, Rongchang Biotech (09995) issued an announcement. The company has been confirmed by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited that Mr. Tong Shaojing has relevant experience and complies with the qualifications required by section 3.28 and section 8.17 of the Stock Exchange's securities listing rules to serve as a company secretary.

After being confirmed by the Stock Exchange, Ms Tam Pak-yu has resigned as the company's joint company secretary; and the company's authorized representative appointed in accordance with section 3.05 of the listing rules will take effect from September 28, 2026. As a result, Mr. Tong Shaojing will remain in office and serve as the company's sole company secretary.

Following the resignation of Ms. Tam Pak Yu as the authorized representative, Mr. Tong Siu-ching has been appointed as an authorized representative, effective September 28, 2026; in addition, Ms Tam Pak Yu will continue to act as the company's authorized representative to accept legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong on behalf of the company under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Law.
