WISeKey International Set to Close Redomiciliation, Merger with WISeQey

06:59 AM EDT, 09/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- WISeKey International (WIHN.SW) expects to finalize its redomiciliation and its merger with WISeQey on Friday, according to a Sept. 25 release. Once completed, the security and encryption services company will be redomiciled to the British Virgin Islands from Switzerland, while also being absorbed into WISeQey. Additionally, the company expects its Nasdaq-listed American Depositary Shares and SIX Swiss Exchange-listed B shares to be delisted, with the last day of trading slated for Friday.
