The offering comprised 269,230,769 new shares priced at 0.0065 pound apiece, the London-listed uranium and gold-focused company said Friday. Neo Energy Metals will direct the net proceeds toward completing the section 11 consent process for the New Beisa Node mining right, working capital, and executing its strategy.
