China General Nuclear Power (003816.SZ) plans to establish a joint venture to develop Lufeng Unit 3 and 4 nuclear power projects

In order to improve the development of nuclear power projects, the company signed the “Equity Cooperation and Investment Agreement on Lufeng Nuclear Power Unit 3 and 4 Project Company” to jointly fund the establishment of CGN Guangdong (Lufeng) Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. to carry out the development, construction and operation of Lufeng Unit 3 and 4 nuclear power projects. The initial registered capital of the joint venture was 100 million yuan, of which the company invested 70 million yuan and held 70% of the shares.

This investment is in line with the company's overall development strategy and is conducive to promoting the national approval of the Lufeng Unit 3 and 4 nuclear power project applications. In the future, it is expected to further increase the scale of the company's nuclear motor assembly machines under construction and enhance the competitiveness of the industry.
