Wanneng Electric Power (000543.SZ) plans to increase subsidiary capital by 1,785 billion yuan

According to Zhitong Finance App News, Wanneng Electric Power (000543.SZ) announced that in order to enhance the overall competitiveness of the new energy sector and consolidate the capital base for new energy projects, the company and the controlling shareholder, Anhui Energy Group Co., Ltd. (“Group Company”) plan to increase the capital of Anhui Xinneng Venture Capital Co., Ltd. (“Xinneng Company”) in the same proportion as the existing shareholding ratio. The company invested 1,785 billion yuan, with a total capital increase of 3.5 billion yuan. After the capital increase is completed, the registered capital of Xinneng Company will increase to 11.318 billion yuan, and the shareholding ratio of all shareholders will remain unchanged.
