Proactively address the challenges brought about by the gradual peak of the school-age population, establish and improve monitoring and early warning mechanisms for the school-age population, do a good job of analyzing degree demand and allocating surplus education resources, expand the net inflow of the college-age population into towns and regions with weak foundations, increase the construction of complete middle schools and 12-year integrated schools, and balance the near and far, so as not only to ensure a smooth “crossing the peak” but also to avoid being idle after “crossing the peak”.
