Cushman & Wakefield Land Palm City Development Marketing Assignment

Cushman & Wakefield has been selected by Mattamy Homes to market the multifamily development component in Downtown Newfield and the broader master-planned community’s Workplace District, which includes retail, flex and warehouse space, in Newfield, Mattamy’s master-planned community in Palm City, Florida.

The marketing assignment is being led by Nikolaus Schroth and James McKinney of Cushman & Wakefield’s Stuart, Florida, office.

Newfield is a 3,400-acre “agrihood” master-planned community. The community is planned for approximately 4,200 residences, more than 100,000 square feet of retail and dining space and a growing employment base anchored by a planned 2 million-square-foot Workplace District.

As for Newfield’s multifamily component, the three opportunities available to one or multiple development partners include 414 planned residential units within a walkable town center environment designed to integrate housing, shopping, dining, recreation and employment uses.
