Cadeler Unit Launches Exchange Offer for UK Redomiciliation

11:41 PM EDT, 09/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Cadeler A/S (CADLR.OL) said Monday that its UK-incorporated Cadeler plc subsidiary launched an exchange offer directed to its shareholders as part of its planned redomiciliation from Denmark. Shareholders of the Oslo-listed offshore wind farm services company will receive one Cadeler plc share for every Cadeler A/S share. The offer also covers the company's American depositary shares, which represent four Cadeler A/S shares each. The offer will run from Tuesday through Oct. 21, with settlement expected by Oct. 29. Upon completion, Cadeler A/S will be delisted, while Cadeler plc will be listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange, with the trading debut set to coincide with the settlement date.
