The company's shareholders transferred 31.121 million shares to Bedes Securities and 31.121 million shares from Shengheng Financial Holdings.

Wanli Printing previously announced its 2026 interim results. Earnings were approximately HK$10.3 million, an increase of about 7.36 times; net loss of HK$9.825 million, a year-on-year decrease of 64.78%; and loss of 0.91 HK cents per share.
