Lobo Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ:LOBO) shares are trading sharply higher Monday morning after the electric mobility manufacturer reported a 20.6% year-over-year increase in first-half revenue driven by core vehicle sales and the launch of a new artificial intelligence segment.
The primary catalyst driving the equity’s upward trajectory is a fundamental improvement in top-line generation and operating efficiency, highlighted by $14.6 million in first-half fiscal 2026 revenues.
The firm successfully expanded beyond its traditional hardware limitations, generating $1.5 million from a newly launched AI infrastructure services business while simultaneously achieving an 8.2% increase in core electric vehicle and accessories sales to $13.1 million.
Management over corporate overhead yielded a 17.9% reduction in total operating expenses to $2.5 million. This expense reduction materially narrowed the company’s net loss to $1.1 million, or 7 cents per share, compared to a $2.6 million deficit, or 28 cents per share, during the same period last year.
Despite the positive top-line momentum, the enterprise faces ongoing fundamental pressure from a rising operating cash outflow of $3.7 million, forcing an increased reliance on short-term bank debt to sustain liquidity.
Coupled with a recent year-over-year contraction in gross margins from 16.1% to 13.2%, operating within this punitive macroeconomic backdrop requires the company to rapidly scale its alternative infrastructure services to offset the steep cash requirements of its core mobility production.
LOBO Price Action: Lobo Technologies shares were up 60.38% at 85 cents at the time of publication on Monday, according to Benzinga Pro data.
