SF Holdings (002352.SZ) subsidiary plans to invest 100 million yuan to participate in equity investment funds

(“SF Investment”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, signed the “Hangzhou Chuangyi Future Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) Partnership Agreement”. Hangzhou Chuangyi Future Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) is a comprehensive industry strategy fund focusing on panhard technology. It mainly invests in growing enterprises and also takes into account investment in some early and high-growth enterprises. The total target size of the fund and parallel investment vehicles is 7 billion yuan. Up to now, the total amount of capital pledged by the fund is 3,7212.3 billion yuan, of which 100 million yuan has been pledged by SF Express Investment as a limited partner.
