Kingsley Biotech (01548) will change the trading unit to 1000 shares per lot

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Kingsley Biotech (01548) announced that the trading unit for each lot of issued common shares traded by the company on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will be changed from 2,000 shares to 1,000 shares, effective from 9:00 a.m. on October 14, 2026 (Wednesday). Changing the trading unit of each lot will not affect any relevant rights of the company's shareholders.
