Previously, ATG-022 was awarded a breakthrough therapeutic product certification by the China National Drug Administration (NMPA) Drug Evaluation Center (CDE). This certification accelerated the company's efficient communication with CDE and laid an important foundation for the rapid advancement of CLINCH-3 research. The study is currently pioneering and completing the first patient administration in China, and the company plans to expand it into a multi-regional clinical trial (MRCT). The aim is to provide a solid clinical basis for ATG-022 single-agent treatment of CLDN18.2 positive advanced gastric or gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma to support future marketing approval applications.
