Hoyu B (02256): Hoyu Pharmaceutical announces positive preliminary results of phase II clinical study of Lavengratinib (ABSK061) for the treatment of achondroplasia

(Heyu Pharmaceutical) announced that its phase II clinical study on the selective oral small molecule FGFR2/3 inhibitor lavengratinib (ABSK061) to treat achondroplasia (ACH) in children has obtained positive initial curative results. In the initial and lowest dose group (0.064 mg/kg, once daily), the annual annualized height velocity (AHV) increased by an average of +2.4 cm/ year from baseline after 27 weeks of treatment with LAVENGRATINIb for 27 weeks, and the response rate reached 100%. Lavengratinib was well tolerated overall, and no adverse events (AEs) associated with FGFR1 or FGFR2 were observed.
