Jiahe Intelligence (300793.SZ) plans to acquire 55% of Huaze Electronics, a manufacturer of automotive smart cockpit products

According to Zhitong Finance App, Jiahe Intelligence (300793.SZ) announced that on September 17, 2026, the company signed an “Purchase Intent Agreement” with Huaze Electronics shareholders Shen Shengmeng, Sun Xiaoli, Zhou Shuguang, and Shenzhen Kanggao Electronics Co., Ltd. to acquire 55% of Huaze Electronics shares held by four shareholders including Shen Shengmeng through cash. After the transaction is completed, Huaze Electronics will become the company's holding subsidiary.

Huaze Electronics is a high-tech enterprise focusing on the development and production of intelligent automotive cockpit products. It is also a specialized and new small and medium-sized enterprise in Guangdong Province. The main products include car microphones, that is, acoustic sensors (ECM/MEMS/A2B/ANC), RNC acceleration sensors, car audio power amplifiers, USB modules, fragrance systems, and car KTV handheld microphones. It has ANC vehicle microphone sensor hardware design capabilities and A2B bus car microphone development experience in vehicle scenarios (road noise, tire noise, multiple sound sources in the car). The products are widely used in sensing, audio, interaction and comfort scenarios in automotive smart cockpits. Huaze Electronics is a first-class supplier for more than 20 domestic and foreign automobile brands, and has the ability to continuously provide customers with reliable automotive-grade sensor and module products.

Jiahe Intelligence has advantages in consumer acoustics, ANC active noise cancellation, microphone arrays, audio algorithms and acoustic system integration. If this equity acquisition is successfully implemented, the company can obtain Huaze Electronics' accumulation in technology, customer resources, market channels, etc., and use its own technology and experience in acoustic system integration to effectively break through entry barriers in the automotive industry and enter the automotive intelligent cockpit acoustic integrated system circuit, which will help achieve the integration and collaboration of resources between the two parties.
