In August 2026, China's Green License Price Index closed at 202.6 points (with January 2025 as the base period of 100 points), down 9.1% month-on-month and 17.0% year-on-year. Since January 2025, China's green certificate price index has been as follows.

Note: The China Green License Price Index is jointly compiled by the Price Monitoring Center of the National Development and Reform Commission and the Electric Power Business Qualification Management Center of the National Energy Administration under the guidance of the New Energy Department of the National Energy Administration.
