Rockhopper Exploration Raises $20 Million via Open Offer of Shares

05:12 AM EDT, 09/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Rockhopper Exploration (RKH.L) raised gross proceeds of $20 million after an open offer of shares to qualifying shareholders closed on Tuesday. The UK-listed oil and gas company will issue 20,529,259 shares after receiving valid acceptances for 24,242,324 shares, or a take-up of 118%, according to a Wednesday release. The new shares are expected to start trading on Friday. The open offer was launched on Aug. 27.
