Kingsley Biotech (01548): Independent non-executive director Alphonse Galdes passed away

Zhitong Finance App News, Kingsley Biotech (01548) announced that Dr. Alphonse Galdes (Dr. Galdes), an independent non-executive director of the Company and a member of the Audit Committee, has confirmed his death on September 13, 2026 (Hong Kong time).

The Board of Directors further announced the following changes in the membership of the Company's Committee: (i) Dr. Shi Chenyang, an independent non-executive director, was appointed as a new member of the Audit Committee, effective September 16, 2026; and (ii) Dr. Shi Chenyang is no longer a member of the Company's Nomination Committee and Strategy Committee, effective from the same date.
