According to the news, recently, Okanvision Bio-B announced that the marketing registration application (NDA) for OT-301 (NCX 470, gerbeprost) as a new drug to reduce intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension has been accepted by the Drug Evaluation Center of the People's Republic of China (China) State Drug Administration, and has received data support from the Mont Blanc trial and Denali trial.

OT-301 (NCX 470, gebeprost) is one of the Group's main drug candidates. It is a novel nitric oxide (NO) donor prostaglandin analog jointly developed by Nicox S.A. (Nicox) and the Group. The Group obtained an exclusive license from Nicox in December 2018 to develop, manufacture, contract manufacture, import, export and sell OT-301 (NCX 470, gebeprost) in Greater China, and extended its exclusive rights to 12 countries in Korea and Southeast Asia in March 2020.
