The company's shareholders deposited 1,003 billion shares into Huanghe Securities, increasing their shareholding ratio by 4.34%.

International Commercial Settlement revealed earlier that the company is currently conducting preliminary negotiations with an independent third party on potential investment opportunities in the technology sector. Relevant negotiations are still ongoing. The terms and conditions relating to potential investments have not been implemented, the Group has not entered into any formal agreement on potential investments, and there is no guarantee that the potential investments will be implemented or finally completed. As a result, potential investments may or may not be made. If the potential investment is implemented, it may constitute a transaction subject to disclosure by the company under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules.
