Debenhams Completes Sale of Nasty Gal Brand for $16 Million

10:29 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Debenhams Group (DEBS.L), formerly named boohoo group, finalized the $16 million cash sale of the Nasty Gal brand as part of its strategy to shift toward a marketplace-led, capital-light business model. The online fashion group sold the brand, including its global intellectual property rights, to White Space Group New York, d/b/a WSG Brands, according to a Tuesday release.
