Jinzhou Pipeline (002443.SZ) plans to increase the capital of its subsidiary Jinzhou Liquid Cooling by 680 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Jinzhou Pipeline (002443.SZ) announced that the company decided to use its own capital of RMB 680 million to increase the capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary Jinzhou Smart Liquid Cooling Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jinzhou Liquid Cooling”). Jinzhou Liquid Cooling originally had a registered capital of 20 million yuan. After the capital increase, the registered capital was 700 million yuan, and it is still a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. The capital increase will be mainly used for: product line expansion and component production capacity expansion; system research and development, project delivery and market expansion; technology research and development, team building, and supplementary working capital.
