Burford Capital Prices $300 Million Senior Notes Offering

03:39 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Burford Capital (BUR.L) unit Burford Capital Global Finance priced a private offering of $300 million of 8% senior secured notes due 2029. The net proceeds of the offering will be used along with cash on hand to redeem 6.250% senior notes due 2028, the law-focused finance and asset management company said Tuesday. Closing of the offer is anticipated on Thursday, subject to customary closing conditions.
