The “Decision” clearly defines the “three-step” goal: by 2028, the construction of the Wuhan Regional Science and Technology Innovation Center will have achieved remarkable results; by 2030, the collaborative integration and dynamic innovation ecosystem will mature and shape, and the energy level of the Wuhan Regional Science and Technology Innovation Center will be further upgraded to support the construction of the fulcrum; by 2035, an open, inclusive and globally competitive innovation ecosystem will be fully formed. The Wuhan Regional Science and Technology Innovation Center will be fully completed and will become an innovation growth pole leading the central region, radiating the whole country, and integrating into the world.
