Hanson Pharmaceuticals announced the midterm study data of Recon rivoltazumab for patients with recurrent small cell lung cancer, reaching the main end point of overall survival, and the survival benefits are statistically significant and clinically significant. The ARTEMIS-008 study period analysis results revealed by WCLC 2026 showed that Ruikang rivolutamab showed statistically significant and clinically significant OS improvements in patients with recurrent small cell lung cancer. Based on these results, ARTEMIS-008 became the world's first positive study to confirm that B7-H3 targeting ADC can bring OS benefits in a randomized controlled phase III clinical study. Recombinol rivoltamab is also the world's first and currently the only B7-H3 targeted ADC with proven statistically significant survival benefits in multiple tumors.
