According to China Railway, China Railway signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Beijing's Fengtai District on September 11. Wang Shaofeng, secretary of the Beijing Fengtai District Committee, expressed the hope that the two sides will carry out comprehensive and in-depth long-term strategic cooperation. Fengtai District will make every effort to guarantee various services, support China Railway and its member companies to lay out scientific and technological innovation projects in Fengtai, work together to build a pilot science and technology park, coordinate the integration of surrounding resources, and jointly promote the construction of the “Six Zhang Network”, focus on site periphery, key functional areas and neighborhood urban renewal, and carry out joint construction of industrial parks and expand cooperation in health tourism and other fields.
