Once the proposal is approved, a 10% guaranteed salary increase will be implemented, and an additional 4% salary increase will be implemented in March 2027. Boeing said that the trade union negotiation team recommended that members vote in favor. The contract also sets up a compensation fund pool. The annual increase for 2028, 2029, and 2030 is 6%, and the guarantee increase for these three years is not less than 4%.
