The report was jointly written by Beijing Jiuzhang Yunji Technology Co., Ltd. and the China Academy of Information and Communication Technology. The report system sorts out the connotations and technical system of inclusive computing power, thoroughly analyzes the paradigm shift from resources to services, explores the implementation model of inclusive computing power around the four core goals of “usable, affordable, useful, and valuable”, and strives to provide the industry with systematic research and practical references.
