ICZOOM Group Announces 5-For-1 Stock Split, Effective Sept. 15

ICZOOM Group Inc. ("ICZOOM" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:IZM), a B2B electronic component products e-commerce platform, today announced that the Company’s board of directors approved on July 27, 2026 that the authorized, issued, and outstanding shares of the Company be consolidated at a 5-for-1 ratio with the marketplace effective date of September 15, 2026.
