After deducting issuance fees, it is intended to be used for the Zhuhai Hongren project of 1,055 million yuan, the Wuxi Hongren project of 95 million yuan, the advanced packaging film project and 330 million yuan of supplementary working capital. The plan was reviewed and approved by the board of directors on September 10, 2026. It still requires review by the shareholders' meeting, review by the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and registration.
