Tianjin Jianfa (02515): Chen Guang'an nominated as independent non-executive director

Zhitong Finance App News, Tianjin Construction and Development (02515) announced that Mr. Xiao Shuming (Mr. Xiao) proposed the resignation of an independent non-executive director on September 10, 2026 to invest more time in his other business. Since the effective date of Mr. Siu's resignation as an independent non-executive director, he will also no longer serve as the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company and a member of the Company's Nomination Committee.

After considering the recommendations of the Nomination Committee, the Board decided to nominate Mr. Chen Guang'an (Mr. Chen) as an independent non-executive director to fill the vacancy caused by Mr. Siu's resignation.

The board of directors also recommended that if Mr. Chen's appointment is approved by the Company's shareholders at the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting, Mr. Chen be appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee.
