According to the Zhitong Finance App, Juntai Holdings (00630) announced that on September 8, 2026, the company sold 24.5565 million shares of BFB Health shares to the buyer at a cost of approximately HK$10.559 million (not including transaction costs). The average selling price of BFB Health shares (excluding transaction costs) is approximately HK$0.43 per share.

After the sale was completed, the Company no longer held any shares in BFB Health.
