CVC Capital Partners Appoints Co-CEOs to Start in Q1 2028

02:53 AM EDT, 09/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- CVC Capital Partners (CVC.AS) appointed Todd Sisitsky and Peter Rutland as co-chief executive officers, effective in the first quarter of 2028. Sisitsky and Rutland will succeed Rob Lucas, the private equity company said Wednesday. Rutland is currently the president of CVC, while Sisitsky will serve as the CVC Partner board chair upon the start of his tenure as co-CEO.
