Italy's Securities Market Regulator Restarts Review of Webuild's Trevi Takeover

11:56 PM EDT, 09/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Webuild (WBD.MI) said the Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa restarted its review of the company's takeover proposal for underground engineering company Trevi - Finanziaria Industriale (TFIN.MI) on Tuesday, according to a same-day release. The Milan-listed infrastructure construction company added that the Italian securities market regulator's review of the deal will run until Sept. 17, following a temporary suspension in August.
