According to data released by the Passenger Transport Association, exports of new energy passenger vehicles were 518,000 units in August, up 154.7% year on year and down 5.0% month on month. It accounts for 58.4% of passenger car exports, an increase of 18 percentage points over the same period last year; of these, pure electric power accounts for 63.4% of new energy exports. Excellent companies in terms of new energy exports in August were: BYD, Geely, Chery, Tesla China, Changan, SAIC Passenger Cars, Zero Sports, and SAIC-GM-Wuling.
