Mila Resources Raises GBP1.5 Million via Oversubscribed Share Placing

09:17 AM EDT, 09/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Mila Resources (MILA.L) said Monday it raised 1.5 million pounds sterling in gross proceeds through an oversubscribed placing of 125 million new shares at 0.012 pound each. As part of the placing, the gold exploration company plans to issue one warrant for every placing share, each giving holders the right to subscribe for an additional ordinary share at 0.02 pound each. The shares will be tradable on the London stock exchange. Mila Resources earmarked proceeds to advance its gold and copper portfolio in Queensland, Australia.
