On September 7, local time, European Commission President von der Leyen signed a joint statement on the relationship between the European Union and Greenland with Danish Prime Minister Fraser Rickson and Greenland Home Rule Prime Minister Jens Frederick Nielsen during his visit to the Danish autonomous territory of Greenland.
