The average holdings reduction prices were 38.04 yuan/share and 30.22 yuan/share, respectively. After this reduction in holdings, Shanghai Xinpu held 11.798 million shares of the company, accounting for 11.76% of the total share capital. This reduction in holdings did not result in a change in the company's control.
