Fulai New Materials announced that the actual controller, Xia Houjun, and his co-operator, Jiaxing Enterprising Enterprise Management Partnership will transfer 14.995 million shares to Guangdong Shiyun Circuit Technology Co., Ltd. through an agreed transfer agreement, accounting for 5.00% of the total share capital, and the total transfer price is RMB 367 million. The transaction still needs to pass the Shanghai Stock Exchange compliance review and go through share transfer registration procedures. It does not involve an offer and will not cause changes in the controlling shareholder or actual controller.
