Support copyright agencies and social organizations at all levels to participate in activities related to copyright international organizations and establish contacts, cooperation or representative relationships with similar overseas organizations. Prepare guidelines for the copyright business environment in key countries and regions to guide enterprises to carry out overseas copyright business. Strengthen the construction of mechanisms to deal with overseas copyright disputes. Continue to carry out overseas copyright risk prevention and control work, promote the establishment of multi-departmental, multi-level and multi-industry international joint response mechanisms, support enterprises to carry out copyright protection actions overseas, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises overseas copyright.
