(“Laimei Smart”) recently signed a “Intelligent Dry Separator Sales Contract” with Tianjin China Mining New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (“Tianjin Zhongguang”). According to the contract agreement, Laimei Intelligence provided an intelligent dry separator and supporting systems to Tianjin China Mining, with a total amount of 288.618 million yuan (tax included). If the contract is successfully executed, it will have a positive impact on the company's operating results for this year and the following years.
