NCC Group Launches GBP15 Million Share Buyback

04:22 AM EDT, 09/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- NCC Group (NCC.L) launched a program to buy back up to 15 million pounds sterling of its shares. The UK-listed cybersecurity group will repurchase up to 16,724,556 shares by Oct. 23, 2027, and hold them in treasury, according to a Monday release. The program aims to complete the return of capital to shareholders after NCC Group's sale of its Escode business in May.
