02:59 AM EDT, 09/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bernstein lowered its price target for CTS Eventim (EVD.F) following a post-second-quarter model update, as analysts said a "clearly" outlined capital allocation plan at the ticketing service company's Nov. 20 capital markets day event is "now key." "In our view, the group needs a good CMD for the share price to rebound. In our view, this involves a very clear strategy for venues (including investment plans), a capital allocation strategy with clear numbers and a perspective for growth. Other notable topics to address are succession, competition, investments such as Beauty, AI etc," according to a Monday note. The research firm said CTS Eventim's second-quarter results were "marked by lots of moving parts," highlighting that ticketing revenues rose 25.8% to 254.3 million euros, primarily driven by the first LA28 release offsetting the impact of deconsolidating Stage revenue. Organically, ticket sales grew in the mid-single-digit percentage range. Within this context, analysts trimmed their price target to 85 euros from 94 euros on Bernstein's "more cautious" margin estimates amid expectations of lower revenue after the LA28 contract ends, as well as the company's operational improvement-related investments. On the flip side, the stock's outperform rating was maintained.
