(SASE:9601) obtained a no-objection notice for its purchase of a 50% stake in Taif Shipping, according to a Monday release. The General Authority for Competition issued the no-objection certificate for the 92.5 million-Saudi-riyal deal on Sunday. The Saudi Arabia-listed builder is finalizing the remaining regulatory procedures to complete the transaction.
