Germany's Monthly Industrial Output Down 1.1% in July

02:09 AM EDT, 09/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Germany's industrial production fell 1.1% month over month in July, following a revised zero growth earlier, provisional data from the Federal Statistical Office showed Monday. Analysts expected a 0.1% gain for the month. On a yearly basis, German industrial output was 1.6% lower, against the revised 0.5% decrease earlier.
