Aldar Properties Concludes First Off-Plan Mortgage Registration in Abu Dhabi

11:55 PM EDT, 09/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Aldar Properties (ADX:ALDAR) completed an off-plan mortgage registration under a newly launched framework by Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre, marking the first such transaction in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The process, supported by Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADX:ADCB) as the mortgage bank, enables buyers to secure a mortgage against their off-plan property for which they have already paid 50% or more of the total value, according to a Sept. 4 filing.
